In an electric drive, the end shield flange does more than close the motor — it often carries the high-voltage feedthrough, seals out coolant, and bolts the whole assembly to the gearbox in perfect alignment. That means the casting has to be flat, pressure-tight, and dimensionally true all at once, with features that interface directly with live electrical and fluid systems. We cast EV end shield flanges to hold exactly that: planar sealing faces, concentric bearing seats, and integrated port geometry, produced in high volume under full OEM/ODM collaboration — built to the tolerances an electric drivetrain can't compromise.
