Design & Engineering

Our engineers collaborate with customers on manufacturability‑oriented design optimization. Mold‑flow simulation and dimensional control reduce rework, waste and costs.

  • Flow and Thermal Simulations: We use advanced mold‑flow simulation to analyze metal flow, filling and cooling. This optimizes gate and vent positions, reduces porosity, shrinkage and misruns, and improves casting quality.
  • Draft Angle Design: Precisely calculated draft angles ensure smooth part ejection without surface defects, cutting mold wear and maintenance.
  • Tolerance and Critical Dimension Control: CAD/CAM integration plus simulation‑led validation delivers strict tolerance and critical dimension control for consistent, accurate batch production.
  • Parting Line Design: Our engineers design optimal parting lines to minimize flash, simplify machining and improve surface finish, easing assembly and lowering post‑processing costs.

Mold Manufacturing Capability

Precision‑machined from premium materials, our molds deliver long service life to cut tool‑replacement and casting costs.

  • Premium Tool Steel Selection: We use H13, SKD61, 8418 and 1.2344ESR tool steels. They provide excellent thermal fatigue resistance and dimensional stability, keeping consistent performance through tens of thousands of casting cycles.
  • Optimized Heat Treatment Process: All mold parts undergo quenching, tempering and nitriding. Balanced hardness and toughness improve resistance to thermal cracking, erosion and wear for longer mold life.
  • Surface Protection Technology: Nitriding treatment prevents corrosion and aluminum soldering. It lowers maintenance and maintains stable casting quality.

ONE-STOP SOLUTION

Our one-stop solution delivers die casting & assembly with stable quality.

We provide in-house deburring, CNC precision machining, surface & heat treatment, cleaning, inspection and assembly to deliver complete professional solutions. We have served customers across more than 20 countries.

CNC Machining

Precision CNC Machining

We provide integrated CNC machining for die castings, delivering high-precision finishing on critical dimensions and mating surfaces. Our machining centers support gate removal, face milling, side contour finishing, tapping, chamfering, drilling, reaming, and O-ring / sealing groove machining.

For high-precision features, we hold dimensional tolerances of ±0.02~±0.05 mm, hole accuracy up to IT7, and surface roughness Ra 0.8–1.6 μm. Custom fixturing enables stable machining for thin-wall and complex die-cast parts, reducing deformation and guaranteeing consistent assembly fit.

Finishing

Surface Treatment

We implement strict surface quality control for die castings. Optimized parting lines, gating layout and cooling channels, together with high-pressure die casting and fine shot blasting, deliver as-cast surface roughness of Ra 1.6–3.2 μm.

For high cosmetic requirements, we provide CNC finishing, polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, powder coating and electrophoresis. The final surface roughness reaches Ra 0.8–1.6 μm, with coating adhesion meeting Cross-cut grade 0–1 and corrosion resistance ≥240h salt spray.

We supply consistent high-quality finishing for electronic housings, automotive trim components and precision instrument enclosures.

Inspection

Strictly SOP-compliant Comprehensive Quality Inspection

We deliver high-precision, reliable die-cast parts for global customers. Our full-range inspection covers raw material, casting, machining, surface treatment and delivery. We test per ISO, IATF 16949 and customer drawings, checking dimension, tolerance, appearance, material, cleanliness and airtightness.

We apply SOPs and quality gates at FAI, in-process and final inspection stages to avoid batch defects. All test data is saved in MES for full product traceability.

We use SPC to track defect trends. KPIs such as first-pass yield help us continuously improve our quality system.

EACH DIE-CAST PART HAS A “DIGITAL GENE ID CARD”

Complete Traceability Across the Production Process

We strictly control raw material consistency. Each aluminum alloy batch passes spectral analysis and is tied to its COA for full source traceability. Our MES system automatically captures production data including temperature, pressure and cycle time. If abnormalities occur, we execute closed-loop 8D corrective actions with complete documentation. Every die-cast part is assigned unique identity and traceable records.

We support four traceability tiers: batch, heat lot, unit part and process parameter. We satisfy traceability demands for automotive, medical and aerospace industries. Traceability creates digital trust, which is our core priority.
